It takes a village to embark on a major construction project. Here are the major players helping to “write the next chapter” for the Annville Free Library:

Vision Team – Led by Marty Brandt (library board president) and Frank Yeager (treasurer), this group of volunteers set the vision, studied the possibilities, and are paving the way for a library that will better serve our growing community. Other team members: Carolyn Scott, Elizabeth Lingle, Dee Neff, Maria Howe, Carol Hickey, Carol Donten, Nathan Fry, Travis Freed, Aaron Miller

Hickey Architects – Known for transforming the Annville Street Scape in the early 2000’s, Hickey Architects designed a beautiful Master Plan that will seamlessly tie a 3,400 sq ft Addition with the existing Library and into the neighboring duplex preserving its historic facade.

Arthur Funk & Sons, Inc. Construction – This Lebanon County based company serves as the contractor advisor to the project and as the construction company for the duplex Community Room and renovations to the existing Library.

Speedwell Construction – Following a competitive bidding process, Speedwell Construction of Manheim, PA was selected to build the Addition.

Volunteers – Teams of volunteers have been hard at work preparing the site, gutting the duplex, relocating staff and materials, raising funds, and more!
